Pursuant to Section 15 (a) and Section 16 (a) and (b) of the Netball NT Constitution, Notice is hereby given of the 2021 Netball Northern Territory Annual General Meeting.

Time: 10.00am – Close

Ordinary Business
The following business will be dealt with:
1. Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held 1st May 2021
2. President’s Report
3. Financial Report (including the audited financial statements)
4. Other relevant Reports from Netball NT Staff
5. Declaration of Life Members
6. Declaration of Directors
7. Any Special Resolutions
8. Appointment of Auditor

No business other than that stated on this notice shall be transacted at the meeting.
