We’re on the lookout for reliable, hands-on Duty Assistants to support operations at the Territory Netball Stadium during venue hire periods.

If you enjoy being active, solving problems on the go, and helping people have a great experience — whether it’s netball, community events or major hires — this could be the role for you.

You’ll be the go-to person on shift, helping ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and professionally.

About the role

You’ll play an important part in keeping the venue running at a high standard, including:

// Opening, setting up and securing the venue
// Managing lighting, courts, fans and facility operations
// Keeping the venue clean, safe and ready for use
// Supporting hirers and responding to requests
// Monitoring safety and managing any issues that arise

This is a casual position with flexible hours, primarily evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.

We’re looking for someone who is

// Reliable and proactive
// Great with people and confident communicating with a range of users
// Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
// Ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done
