Join us every Thursday from 3.30pm - 5.30pm commencing February 8th for a multi-program afternoon celebrating Feb-Fit!
All-Abilities Come-n-Try sessions will run from 3.30pm to 4.30pm on the Palmerston Recreation Centre courts, with exciting guesting sports and activities running weekly. The weekly sessions provide a come-n-try model to people of all ages and abilities, offering a gentle introduction to sport and activity that is geared towards friendship and family, without pressure of commitment to a team or competition.
The Make Your Move Program will run from 3.30pm – 5.30pm in the Palmerston Recreation Centre Community Room. This program is run in collaboration with Level Up E-Sports and includes specially selected e-activities that will get you active in February! Spruce up on your job search and application skills, have a resume crafted to make your shine, get help with your homework, and more.
