Netball NT is proud to announce the athletes and officials selected to represent the Northern Territory as Territory Storm at the 2026 Super Netball Reserves Finals.
The Super Netball Reserves Finals bring together some of Australia's best emerging netball talent, with reserve teams aligned to the eight Suncorp Super Netball clubs competing alongside Member Organisation teams from the Northern Territory, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.
As the highest level of domestic netball competition available to Northern Territory athletes, Territory Storm provides a unique opportunity for players to test themselves in a national high-performance environment while proudly representing the Territory on the national stage.
Before Finals Weekend begins, Territory Storm will compete in the Play-In Tournament against Tasmania Wild and Capital Darters. As the Northern Territory, Tasmania and ACT do not have Suncorp Super Netball clubs and reserve teams competing throughout the season, the Play-In Tournament determines the seeding of the three Member Organisation teams heading into Finals Weekend.
Territory Storm will face Tasmania Wild on Wednesday 10 June and Capital Darters on Thursday 11 June, with the results determining their pathway through the Super Netball Reserves Finals at Netball Central in Sydney from 12–14 June.
Across Finals Weekend, Storm will compete alongside reserve teams aligned with the NSW Swifts, GIANTS Netball, Adelaide Thunderbirds, Sunshine Coast Lightning, Queensland Firebirds, Melbourne Mavericks, West Coast Fever and Melbourne Vixens.
Selection in the Territory Storm program recognises the commitment, hard work and dedication athletes have demonstrated throughout their netball journey and during the team's preparation period.
Netball NT Head of Netball, Peta Stephens, said selection in the Territory Storm team was a significant achievement and reflected the effort athletes had invested both on and off the court.
"The Super Netball Reserves Finals is the pinnacle of the Netball NT athlete pathway and provides valuable exposure to a national high-performance environment," Stephens said.
"Selection in this team is a reward for the commitment these athletes have shown to their netball throughout the year, as well as the effort they have invested since being selected in the Territory Storm squad earlier this season. We are incredibly proud of the work they have put in to earn this opportunity and look forward to seeing them represent the Northern Territory on the national stage."
"Just as importantly, these athletes are role models for the next generation. Their dedication, resilience and willingness to pursue opportunities through our pathways demonstrates what can be achieved through hard work, and we hope their journey inspires younger players who aspire to one day wear the Territory Storm dress."
The team will be led by Head Coach Nardia Trevor, alongside Assistant Coach Rachelle Tinning, Team Manager Wes Armstrong, Physiotherapist Michael Brierley, Performance Analyst Alex Beveridge and Development Coach Taylah Locke.
