Netball NT would like to congratulate Deb Gray and Penny Shearer on their selection into Netball Australia’s High Performance Coach Accreditation Course.
The High-Performance Coach Accreditation Course is the highest coaching pathway provided by Netball Australia with a primary focus on Top Level State League/Team, Australian National Championship and SSN coaches.
Penny Shearer and Deb Gray who are head coaches for the 2023 Northern Territory 19 & under and 17 & Under state team respectively have an extensive background in coaching in the Territory.
Deb Gray was the first elite coach in NT’s history and has coached the 17’s and 19’s Territory teams to numerous victories in the past decade. She has been a driving force in developing successful Club and Territory programs throughout the Territory.
This is an exciting opportunity for not only Deb and Penny, but the whole NT netball community who will reap the benefits in the future.
