Located 580kms east of Darwin on the edge of the Arafura Wetlands sits Ramingining with a population of just over 800 people. In such a tight-knit community we were pleased to have over 60 participants attend the after school program delivered each day during our visit. Children enjoyed numerous games and activities over the visit which we hope will encourage them to participate on a long term level and participate in the Indigenous Netball Carnival in July.
Netball NT will continue their remote programs with a visit to Beswick later this month.
