Netball NT are thrilled to announce our 17&U and 19&U state teams who will compete at the National Netball Championships held here in Darwin in April.
Following a rigorous selection process starting in December, 63 athletes competed through a 2-phase selection process to earn their spot in the state team.
Head Coaches Deb Gray and Penny Shearer will lead the 17&U and 19&U teams.
The 5 training partners and reserve will join the athletes in their preparations for the Championships.
Penny Shearer, Head Coach of 19&U team said - “Selections are always tough and 2023 was no exception. Seeing the growth these athletes have experienced from December to now is a credit to all of them. We look forward to working hard over the next few months and showcasing that for a home crowd in April”.
